Return and Refund Policy

At ProCreative Breeze, we aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your digital purchases. Given the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed, except in cases where an issue with the files arises on our side.

Refund or Resolution for File Issues
If you encounter any problems with the files due to an error on our end, please contact us at procreativebreeze@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, either correct the files or process a refund.

Please note that our products are specifically designed for the Procreate app, and we assume customers have access to this software.
